We collect only your email address, submitted voluntarily through our sign-up form. We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data through this site.

Purpose

Your email is used solely to gauge interest in fan community ownership of the Seattle Seahawks and to send occasional updates about the campaign. This is not a solicitation for investment, and signing up does not constitute any financial commitment.

How Your Data Is Stored

Email addresses are stored and processed by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our third-party email service provider. Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf and maintains its own security and privacy practices. You can review Brevo's privacy policy for details.

Third Parties

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect minimal analytics data (page views, country-level location) through its Web Analytics beacon. This analytics service is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or track individual users. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for more information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any other third parties.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a lightweight JavaScript beacon that does not use cookies or store any data on your device.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your email address for as long as the campaign is active. You may request removal at any time by emailing supporters@12sproject.com. We will delete your information within 30 days of receiving your request.
